Hi, have created a model in Maya, brought it into Mudbox, where I have sculpted on it to add geometry to it, and then output a displacement map and brought that back into Maya - where I have applied a texture and the displacement map (through Bump Mapping). My problem is when I render it, there is a distinct wood grainy look to the model with the displacement map on, and I checked it was down to the displacement map by removing it and re-rendering (see the attached photos) I dont know whether this is a mudbox or maya problem, so I will start here and relocate if necessary. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=221&t=801813Product Teaser Examples
